This module we have looked at breastfeeding from a distance, both the benefits to mothers and babies, the barriers present and how it all works from a biological point of view.

I firmly believe that as you grow your understanding of the world of breastfeeding you will grow the confidence needed to navigate an often difficult journey.

This module has started you on a path to a more successful start than many other women experience around the world, and over the next two modules we’ll really get into the how and more practical advice for troubleshooting.
